WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM MDT THURSDAY .Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 8 inches, except 4 to 14 inches on ridge tops and elevations above passes. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Stanley Basin and Sun Valley Region including but not limited to Clayton, Stanley, Ketchum, Sun Valley, Galena, and Copper Basin. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 AM MDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult at times, especially over Galena Summit. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT ABOVE 5500 FEET UNTIL MIDNIGHT MDT TONIGHT... * WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to 2 inches, except 4 to 9 inches over the mountains. * WHERE...West Central Mountains and Boise Mountains zones above 5500 feet. * WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

Wednesday: Showers. High near 51. West southwest wind 6 to 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

Wednesday Night: Showers, mainly before midnight. Low around 36. Southwest wind 5 to 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%.


Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 46. Breezy, with a west wind 16 to 21 mph, with gusts as high as 36 mph.

Thursday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 27. West wind 5 to 11 mph becoming south southeast after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 22 mph.


Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 50.
